Why kids should never have access to the internet

Today is rant. Why underage kids shouldn't have access to the internet at all:
They use social platforms (like YouTube) without their parents' consent, like, they're not old enough to be on it. Yet, their parents didn't do something about it? do they care? They need to warn their kids about the dangers, because, they could be in serious trouble and that they are putting themselves at risk. The internet is filled with random trolls, creeps, bullies, drama, and other bad things.
They act immature, since they aren't nice and they're raging at people, plus they do stupid stuff on the internet like harassment, racism, ragebait, etc. They don't know that doing this can get their reputation ruined. They also lie about their age, because they don't want to be banned for being underage? well, there is no way we can believe that they are 13+ or 16+, they are trying to hide their real age. Also, they are also some trolls that wants attention, but it's better to ignore them and not respond to them.
Some kids on the internet are plagiarizing the creators and stealing the ideas/works from them without straight up making their own original content. They don't know what plagiarism is, they don't learn the differences between plagiarism and creativity. They don't realize that plagiarizing people is wrong. Why don't they just be original and create their own original content instead of doing that?
They are hypocrites as they say someone is underage but yet they are underage themselves, plus they hate on someone for their actions but yet they do the same things too.
They claims that they're "sorry" for their actions and have "changed", but i don't think they are actually sorry, because they are still doing the same things they did and never changed at all, they are tricking people by making a fake apology. If they are actually sorry, they should completely stop doing the bad things and not do it again.
They can't handle the hate and criticism at all.
They dox their own personal information, that's horrible, it's NOT okay for them to dox themselves because they can be in serious danger.
They create alt accounts to raid or annoy people for "fun" and they don't know that it can get their accounts banned, even their main account can be banned too. Doing things like that is very annoying.
They're watching some NSFW shit, like what the fuck? That's disgusting! They don't know that NSFW is for 18+ and older, not for minors, and it's very bad for them. They shouldn't watch the content like this nor do the stuff.
What to do? block and report them for breaking TOS (Terms of Service), instead of harassing them. We should warn them about the dangers. They're too young to be on the internet or on any social media platforms, they are NOT supposed to be on it until they turn 13 first. If their parents are reading this, please listen to me, you need to warn your kid about the dangers and ban them from using the internet or the platforms for valid reasons, i explained here. If i become dad in the future, i would not allow my future kids to use social platforms until they are teens, i would warn them about the dangers. To the parents, or people who's gonna be a parent in the future, i recommend you to download a parental control app to protect your kids from the dangers and block the access to the sites/apps but if they try to bypass it, don't give up, there is the way to check on what they're doing and block another site/app (they may have used another URL or another app to bypass the block access?).
Don't use social platforms while you are under the age of 13, got it?
